We use all natural, often organic, and locally sourced ingredients. Our fillings are handmade without the use of preservatives or artificial sweeteners. Our dough is made with King Arthur flour, local cage-free eggs and fresh Battenkill Valley milk. In addition to kolaches we make cinnamon rolls, orange rolls and vegan/gluten-free energy cookies.
