The first beach has good views. If you continue down the trail, you can get a better view and it's less crowded.

Still a bit of snow on the trail and muddy in most places. The view at the end is so worth it though! Be aware of the elk.

Nice trail. Well maintained. I stopped at the fork and read a sign that said “Logan peak 2.2” The hiker behind me said that sign is WAY wrong.

Nice trail! There is a pretty cool cave on the left side of the trail if you want to explore (about 1.5-2 miles into the hike).

Such a well maintained trail! Very clear directions. Lovely views! Will return very soon.

Notes:
Super steep but beautiful! I wandered around and scrambled up a few rocks at the trail’s end. Be careful with your footing on the way down!

Took the west fork up (very rocky). The prairie was AMAZING! I missed the east fork and had to back track. Be careful with your footing.

Turn right immediately after the bridge! Started at Guinavah to have a super steep ascent instead of super steep descent (no “steps”). Great views!…

Notes:
Super sweet trail all the way up. There is a giant boulder at the top that you can scale. It has foot/hand holes carved out with rebar too. Loved it.
