Need to Know

Bathrooms available at Bluffs Park on the east side, and Schweiger on the west.

Description

This hike can start on the west end at the Bluffs Regional Park Trail, East/West Regional Trail: Cabela's Connector, or the Schweiger trailhead on the east end. Some fun hills give way to a paved bridge over a river and a quick pass under I-25. No real cover to speak of, so consider bringing water.

Flora & Fauna

Deer are often spotted on the ridge. The occasional snake makes its way onto the trail.
