Need to Know

The trail is not well maintained and partially overgrown on the first 2 miles.

Description

The trail starts at the edge of the southern Loch Leven Lake and heads south towards Cherry Point. It bends east after 200 yards and drops down into a meadow with plenty of wildflowers. After crossing the meadow, the trail heads uphill again and then follows a mostly gentle downwards slope with a few very steep sections. After 2 miles, you reach an old dirt road and turn right. The road bends west and descends towards Little Granite Creek which it crosses over a bridge. The trail ends at the intersection with Big Granite Trail #13E21. The dirt road technically continues further towards Sugar Pine Point.
