This trail has existed for many years, but is now officially a recognized trail within Catalina State Park as of 2024. It's a bit less rocky than the parallel section of 50-Year Trail but does add a couple extra tenths of length. After an initial climb you'll be up on a ridgeline with views to the west towards Oracle Road and the Tortolitas, while also offering views to the east of the Catalinas. Towards the northern junction back to 50 you'll first meet up with a powerline access road. Overall a fun trail and welcome addition to the CSP trail system.
