Description
This trail begins off the trailhead, on Andover Road, and follows an old woods road. In a short distance, it passes by a snowmobile trail (on the left). At 0.2 miles, there's a small connector trail (on the left). At roughly 0.6 miles, the trail passes by Boundary Trail (on the left).
Eventually, the trail reaches a trail relocation: please stay on the trail, here (continue to follow the blazes). It climbs up to Black/ White Trail and takes an immediate left. It climbs up to the top of
Starr Trail, then turns right. Travel through this next stretch may be hindered by the delicious abundance of Blueberries, Bilberries, Huckleberries, and Crowberries.
From the summit, there are excellent views all around. Though the Mahoosuc Land Trust maps don't show it, the blazes continue on (from the summit) and descend down to the Black/ White Trail.
