Hike to the Cattle Point Lighthouse via a narrow trail along the cliff, surrounded by wildflowers in the spring. Trail starts from an overlook with small parking lot on Cattle Point Road before the picnic area. On a clear day, even Mount Rainier is visible, in addition to the Olympic Mountains, North Cascades, and Mount Baker. Trail can be somewhat precarious because of the eroded cliffs. For the faint of heart, starting from the picnic area is an alternative.
