Description
Park at the gravel lot next to the trailhead off of Bear Swamp Rd. Well-marked and overall easy to hike. A beautiful old growth eastern shore forest with views of Beaverdam Creek and the cypress trees amongst the bank.
Flora & Fauna
Cypress including a champion tree located down the short spur at the first turn. Other trees include large holly, and sweet gum.
