Description

The first bit of the trail is a tricky hike over tundra and moss terrain. Watch carefully for dips and uneven ground as you move toward the slope up the mountain. After this, it's a steady incline for about 2 miles until you reach the real challenge. From here, you scramble up to the summit alongside a small yet steep stream, leveling off near the top until you reach it. At the summit is a geological marker.

Flora & Fauna

Moss and tundra landscape, wildflowers interspersed.
