This "lollipop" trail combines a thrilling hike through a narrow cataract with a mellow stroll around a lake. Starting from the entrance station, hike uphill along wooden walkways and though a cute covered bridge. Climb steps and ascend through a skinny stone gorge with a rushing river at the bottom. From viewing platforms you'll get cool views of the waterfalls and swirling pools of water.

At the dam, pick a direction and circumnavigate the lake on mostly flat dirt trail. There is a small snack bar and kids play area at the southern end of the lake. Finish circling the lake, then re-trace your steps back down the gorge and out through the entrance station.
