Need to Know
There is no camping on any kind in this park on the west side of the Big Sioux River. There is a canoe campsite on the east bank of the river but it is not accessible from the west side except by canoe.
Description
This trail forms a loop with the River Trail and passes around a bend in the Big Sioux River. In summer, it is a mowed grass and dirt trail that is essentially level. It passes some unusually large trees and you can expect wildflowers in season. There is limited river access (at low water) near the south end of the trail.
