Parking is at the Sky Pond parking lot. From here, travel back to the entrance, then take a right. The trail follows Sky Pond Road east to an orange gate. Take a left (past the orange gate), and follow along another road. It follows the road for 0.6 miles, then turns right onto a singletrack. The trail travels to the summit of Bald Ledge, passes by the easily-missed other branch of Bald Ledge Trail, then descends to the view.

Though both of the trails are under the same name of Bald Ledge Trail, it appears that they are maintained by two separate organizations.

Flora: Eastern Hemlock.
Fauna: Flycatcher, Turkey Vultures.
