Description
Trailhead is behind Cabins 10 and 11 next to the Performing Arts Center (across the bridge from the lodge).
The initial ascent is rocky and there is no shade, but once it evens out at the top it becomes easier to walk and there are more trees. The descent gets more tree coverage and ends on a sandy beach with tons of opportunity to explore or look at tracks.
