Need to Know

This is a multi-use trail that is open to snowmobiling, mountain biking, horseback riding, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and hiking.
The winter-only application pertains to snowmobilers.

Description

This trail branches off Shaver Pond Trail, from Snowmobile Junction 77, and runs northeast. It runs down to some bridges , at the base of a swamp, where the Corridor numbers show 96 (instead of 99C). Many of the snowmobile corridor numbers do not accurately represent what's shown on the NYSSA map. The trail continues to travel over rocky terrain until it reaches Corridor 9, at Snowmobile Junction 72.

Flora: White Birch, Eastern Hemlock, Red Pine, Beech.
Fungi: Birch Polypore, Witche's Butter.
