Need to Know

Pants are a good idea as the old logging roads are full of stinging nettle

Description

Th primary purpose of this trail is to access the McKinney Boulders.

The trail start off down an old logging road and soon cuts up and to the right on a fresh-cut, singletrack trail. From here it meanders up through a boulder field until it drops back down, zigzagging in order to meet as many boulders as possible.

About the time you meet up with the yellow trail, you double back on another old logging road, that is quite overrun with nettles. After a short drip the trail smoothly ascend back up to the start of the trail
