You can park by the fountain in Butzweiler, near where I started the trail, or navigate over near Burg Ramstein (Honestly better trailhead, but if you want to end the hike with the waterfalls then do it clockwise)

My experience of the trail was fair. Uploaded the trail opposite direction of what I accomplished it in. I did the trail clockwise, should have been counter clockwise to have the waterfalls at the end instead of the beginning.

Some of the walkways around the creek/small waterfalls are steep metal grates or swinging suspension bridges. If you do the trail in the counterclockwise direction should be easier with dogs due to the steep metal grates not being comfortable on paws going down.

The trail had lots of birds but otherwise was very quiet. There is a sign at one point about wild pigs (did not see any nor take a picture of the sign).
