Description

This lightly trafficked trail Starts at the Seward Highway and follows Summit Creek through the valley and connects to Resurrection Pass Trail at the end. There are options for hiking up the mountains on either side of the valley if you want a truly Breathtaking view. This trail is best done during the summer months (mid-June through August). About four miles in there is a lake off to the left of the trail tucked back in the mountains.

Flora & Fauna

Once you make it past the first two miles or so the trees give way to moss, brush, and lichen. Ptarmigans can be spotted along the trail as well.
