Description

The yellow trail is a singletrack trail that follows railroad brook up to Valley Falls Park. This trail runs parallel to both the Red Trail and the Hop River State Park Trail. There are a few smaller trails that split off this trail and some of the yellow blazes are harder to see. However, the trail just follows the brook north and eventually ends at the pond at Valley Falls Park, so it is not too difficult to navigate. Some of this trail can be muddy.

This is a good trail to use in combination with other nearby trails to create longer loops. The trail is managed by Vernon Parks and Recreation.

Parking is available at Valley Falls Park.
