Need to Know
It's unknown if there is a fee to park at the west end of the lake.
Description
From the west side of Lake Paran, the trail travels eastward, following the same route at the
Robert Frost Trail. It comes out to a sign where the trails diverge and the Shore Trail veers right. It travels along the northern edge of the lake until it comes out to an open field. At the intersection, the trail turns right and runs down to the edge of Paran Creek. It follows this to the Frost/ Paran Creek Bridge.
Since this is the last place you'll see a sign for the Shore Trail, it would appear that the trail ends here.
Flora & Fauna
Flora: Toothwort, Phragmites, Skunk Cabbage.
Fauna: Pumpkinseed Fish, Flycatchers, Blue Jays, Brown Thrasher (maybe), Pickerel Frogs.
