Description

Access from parking lot at end of Hibriten Mountain Road, follow pavement up to gravel road reaching the mountain about a mile along the path. From there the path begins a higher ascent that winds around the east side of the mountain reaching the top. The cave is located east of the path just before the final segment that heads west along the top. Nice views to the north on the way to the mountain, best seen during the fall to winter months. Amazing view of the area from the top looking north and west where large, bald rock exposes and rolls down the sides.

Flora & Fauna

Typical forest plants and insects to the area.
