This trail starts off the Rail Trail Connector Trail and heads eastward. The trail turns south, then southeast to cross over Owl's Head Trail. It passes by a spur of the Telephone Line Trail (on the left), and turns right. It passes by Little Deer Mountain Trail, at the south end of Osmore Pond. It passes Hosmer Brook Trail (on the left) and the Big Deer Camping Area (on the right). the trail turns northward and fuses with a portion of the Coldwater Brook Trail. This trail ends when it reaches the junction with Cold Brook Road.
