“A short, steep riverside hike to Baker Trail and easy access to the nearby Fire Tower and Seneca Point overlook areas.
”
Trail starts in a grassy area just off the north side of the bridge going over the Clarion River. There is no parking, but this is a good trail to walk to if you are staying in a nearby cabin or campsite. The trail initially follows the Clarion River, and there is actually a side path you can take to go down next to the water on some big rocks. If you come back this way, this is a good spot to dip your feet in to cool down! The trail gets steep pretty much right away and doesn't really relent until you've reached Baker Trail at the top. You'll be climbing lots of rocks, roots, and stairs.
