Description

This short spur trail - Wellbourne Falls Spur, that leads to Wellbourne Falls, is 7.2 miles from Willow Creek trail camp along the North Boundary Trail - Willow Creek to Three Slides. It is a relatively flat trail that winds around through the fir forest. A quiet trail at first, the sound of Snake Indian River and the falls gets louder and louder as the falls are approached. The falls are not visible until the very end when the trail pops out of the forest, just below the falls. To see the falls there is a short steep climb to a vantage point in the trees. Additionally, one can go slightly upstream, climbing the rocks to get better views of the falls.
