Description

The trail begins at the footbridge that crosses the Granite Creek within the Halibut Point State Recreation Site. This park is located approximately 4.5 miles north of Sitka on Halibut Point Road.

Three picnic shelters are located by the trail. This is a beautiful area to enjoy both mature Sitka spruce – western hemlock forests and scenic beaches.
