Description

Access the trail via Tsoutsgish Trail and Dap Loop Trail. The trail starts off at a signed junction and winds through the Sitka spruce and shore pines. Initially, the moving sands of the dunes are visible bearing down on the forest over the centuries. The corpses of the trees that could not flee fast enough are still visible along the edge. The trail dead ends at the Mad River Slough.
