Description

This trail is accessed from the Hickey's Creek Trail (red trail); you'll cross over a power line right-of-way to access the main loop. The trail markers are painted yellow and hard to miss; trail maps are posted at various points throughout.

The trail is intended to be taken in a counter-clockwise direction. It is primarily flat, sandy singletrack, and runs through palmetto and pine scrub. There is little in the way of obstacles aside from rooty spots along the western section. Wear sunblock or long sleeves and a hat, since there is little tree cover.

Flora & Fauna

Palmettos, pine, oak.
