Overview

This is a great route for a walk or run year round with beautiful sections.

Need to Know

If driving, use the parking lot at 4915 W 16th Ave, Vancouver, BC V6R 3E9 and join the loop at any point. Heated washrooms also located there. Check signs for on-leash and off-leash dog areas, as well as weekend/holiday restrictions.

Description

There are maps and signs along the trails, but many intersections so it is easy to make a wrong turn. Patience, use of a smartphone and offline maps are helpful.

History & Background

"The Iva Mann Walk was designated in 1993 by Metro Vancouver (then the Greater Vancouver Regional District) to publically recognize Iva Viola Mann and her determined work to establish Pacific Spirit Regional Park." metrovancouver.org/services…
