Description

This out-and-back loop cannot be passed up because of the sheer size of the rock shelter. Plan to spend extra time scrambling around on the boulders, exploring the crevices, and admiring this enormous 'cave'. There isn't much elevation change on the trail and the trail surface is solid, but once you get to the cave the sand becomes thick and boulder-strewn so carefully choose the path that suits you.
