This spectacular 91 hectare (224 ac.) property is located 20 km north of Kingston, just outside Battersea. Situated between the Frontenac Arch's granite foundation and the limestone plains of Eastern Lake Ontario, the area's unique geography creates a mosaic of mixed forest, wetland and riparian habitats.

American beech, sugar maple and the endangered butternut form its diverse woodland canopy, while the forest floor below is speckled with ferns and orchids. Following the meandering Milburn Creek for over 2 km, the property's marshlands support at-risk species such as Blanding's turtle, western chorus frog and snapping turtle.
