Start at the visitor's center and take the path north to Sand Creek where you'll go under the town bypass. The trail utilizes the old highway as well as the old bridge. Enjoy the unique views of Lake Pend Oreille.

Once on the south end of the long bridge, the trail bobs up and down as it paces Highway 95. You'll cross numerous driveways and country roads on the way to Sagle, ID.
