Start just west of the beach area. At the trailhead keep right. The other trail is Trappers Trail. Wind through the woods loosely following Cocolalla Creek Swamp.

Cross the creek and go left on an old ATV trail. Just South of the lake and well into the woods, make a left and drop down out of the woods. This trail ends on Trappers Trail.

From here, bikes must go right on Trappers Trail or turn back. Hikers may choose to go either way.
