Description

The Yellow Blaze Trail is an additional loop through the Marl Bed Flats Tract of the Lake Jesup Conservation Area that can be accessed from the Red Blaze Trail. The trail is well worn and easy to follow, and is also marked with yellow diamond blazes.

After entering the area on the western portion of the Red Blaze Trail, take the right fork of the trail to start the yellow loop. The trail works through wooded areas and is mostly shaded.

There is quite a variety of plants and opportunity to see birds and wildlife. The ground is high enough that the trail is mostly dry and easy to traverse.
