The meadow is mowed every year in February to help maintain its growth.

Parking is free in a gravel lot just off of Stilesboro road. There are bathrooms, a water fountain, and covered picnic tables at the parking lot.

This trail loops around a meadow that makes up the heart of Leone Hall Price Park. You can access the meadow from many points around the loop. The trail is mostly compact dirt and mowed grass. The highest point is in the northeast corner where the trail comes from the parking lot.

There is a middle trail that takes you past the large twin pine trees. The the western side has a connector to the trail from the parking lot to Allatoona Creek. On the south side, three separate connectors will take you to Allatoona Creek. Stop and rest in the southwest corner at the giant oak tree, called "the meeting tree". Picnic benches are provided.

This is a very active meadow! Expect to see many birds and insects in the area. Butterflies and bees are abundant when the meadow is in bloom in the Spring. Bird houses and feeders placed in the middle of the meadow encourage the animals to stay.
