Trails starts at the southeast corner of the Outer Ring Loop trail. Use bridge to crossover Mill Creek stream. The trail takes you around the forest past some houses and along Lafox Road. On the north side the trail opens to a park with baseball fields. At this point following along the road until you locate the trail that heads back into the woods.

The entry and exits are not well marked so maybe difficult to find. The trail then loops back around following Mill Creek stream and finally back to the bridge. This is a nice short hike for family and kids that are at the baseball fields.
