Family Friendly Hiking around the Craters of the Moon with your family feels like you have journeyed to the moon and earth is a distant place. This unique and wonderful area is a prime memory-making adventure to go!

Description

The Inferno Cone is a hill of black cinders and ash. The summit may be reached by a short trail, a bit more difficult than it looks. You might be surprised at the extra effort needed to climb the steep gradient and loose footing. The top has panoramic views over the surrounding craters and lava flows.
