Oxley Nature Center: All trails and footpaths are restricted for pedestrian and wheelchair traffic. No one shall launch or operate a boat of any kind in any body of water within the boundaries of the Oxley Nature Center. All horses are specifically prohibited from the trails of the Oxley Nature Center.

Description

This trail begins about 300 yards from the Oxbow Lake Trail entrance. "The Baby Grand Staircase" steps drop down from the dike level onto boardwalk to cross the end of the oxbow. The trail then winds through oak-hickory forest on the east side of the oxbows to end at the North Woods Loop Trail.

The Oxbow Sierra Link provides a shortcut back to the Oxbow Lake Trail.
