Description

This trail splits off of the White Trail and is, as its name suggests, blazed red.

The trail begins with a slow, steady descent as it heads toward the lake. Near where Iron Stream meets the lake, the trail traverses a series of large bare rocks. While they are not big, the rocks may be challenging. It then follows the shore of the lake with some nice, though slightly obstructed, views. It then continues on a slight incline until its terminus at its meeting with Yellow Trail.
