This is decently traveled, and the trail is clearly marked until near the final ascent. At this point, you are just working your way up the face and boulders, but there are cairns around.

Keep a look out for the start of the trail. It begins with the Cottonwood Lakes Trail, but a little after a mile in, you'll pass over a creek on a log, and this trail will go out to the left from the main trail.

Really pretty sights, especially at the end where you get a view of a nearby lake. Also a tiny old 'cabin' on the way up. It's ceiling is very low though, so I'm not sure what its purpose was.
