Need to Know

The main Baileys Trails access is from the Chauncey-Dover Community Park. Access to the trails in the park is via a small stream ford on the east side of the park.

To get to the park, take a left turn (westbound) off of Ohio State Route 13 onto West Bailey Rd, and then an immediate left onto the gravel road along the railroad tracks. A new access driveway further up West Bailey Rd is under construction, and will be completed later in 2020.

Description

Tipple Top Trail parallels Utah Ridge, the highest elevation ridge in the Baileys Tract, and as a result the area is especially known for its fantastic display of birds during spring migration.

The trail is scenic and well-graded with no steep sections of trail, despite its higher elevation.

The Baileys Trail System is composed of purpose-built mountain bike trails that can also accommodate other human-powered uses such as hiking, backpacking, and trail running.
