Features Historical Significance

Description

FS #1010 leads down a winding doubletrack road which is often used by ATVs. This trail has mild elevation changes and features some wet weather run-off streams. Expect thick forest with little visibility of the surrounding area.

Of particular historical interest is Radium Springs. See Barry County Museum for additional details: barrycomuseum.org/pages/Rad… However, at the time of this write-up, the old spring located on Forest Service topological maps could not be found.
