Description

This trail starts at the end of the meadow and the edge of the Red Pine Plantation. This stand of Red Pines was planted during the 1930's and still stands today. It travels moderately to the point, then begins to climb after the small connector trail (on the left). It drops sharply as it descends to Zoar Road. There's a picnic area down the road to the right or you can tie into the Bear Swamp Hiking Trail, across the railroad tracks.
