This trail begins on the north bank of Mason Creek tributary drainage T101-07-00 beginning at Governors Place Drive just south of Kingsland. The wide asphalt paved trail runs west for a short distance to the end of the tributary then follows the south bank eastward. The underpasses at Mason Road and at Westgreen Blvd. means there are no motor vehicle conflicts on this trail. There is a bridge to access the Kingsland Park and Ride on the north side of the drainage. The eastern end of the trail connects to the Mason Creek Hike and Bike Trail.
