A stepping stone path through Soldier Creek, passing under the 419 bridge connects you with the Florida Trail and Spring Hammock Preserve. From there you can make it a loop course by hiking on the trail along north side of the creek. A little over halfway through the hike, you meet up with the paved Cross Seminole Trail. You can cross the bridge to the south side of the creek and turn around here or keep going to add a little distance. If you keep going, you eventually end up near the 17-92 bridge over Soldier Creek. The path takes a left turn and crosses the creek on a wooden bridge. Then you make the return journey along the south side of the creek.
