Overview

Pondhawk Natural Area is a pleasantly vegetated space offering a nice amount of trail to hike. In the area you are bound to see birds and wildlife, so be sure to keep your eyes peeled if so inclined. For those looking to extend their time in the area, this hike connects nicely with the lake path around Countess de Hoernle Park.

Description

Starting from the junction with the lake path, this hike takes you counterclockwise through Pondhawk. There are numerous cutoffs along the way if you'd like to shorten the loop, but otherwise simply stay on the outer circle as mapped and you'll return to where you started.
