Overview

This trail is packed earth, with the occasional limestone rock sticking up, but I found it relatively easy to hike. It is a little humid and hot during the day.

Need to Know

No bikes allowed. There is no water source on the forest, please bring water and snacks.

Description

This is a loop trail starting at the Information Center and ends just a few hundred feet up the road at the picnic area. It takes around 30 minutes to kind and around an hour if you stop at the information station along the trail that describes the history of the forest, endemic threes and geological features.
