Need to Know

This is an off-leash dog park. If you don't like dogs it's best to avoid.
Parking fills up very fast.

Description

This trail begins in the main parking lot where it crosses a picnic area before heading off into the woods. In the picnic area and around all parking areas dogs must be on their leashes, also when crossing Confluence Trail. Thereafter, they are free to run! Meadow Trail passes through large meadows as the name suggests, which are excellent for dogs to run through. This makes the first half of this trail very popular.

The second half of the trail passes through a marsh and is narrower because it is surrounded by reeds. During the wet season this half of the trail can be exceptionally muddy. A prominent informal trail leads to the Columbia at the northeastern corner of the park, and more informal trails lead to the Columbia near the bird blind where this trail officially ends.
