Description

Note: most of trail is rocky, uneven, natural surface trail.

The Lake was one of the original Lannon quarries which has since filled in with ground water. You can hike around the entire lake edge on the limestone bedrock and outcrops (note: rocky, uneven, natural surface trail).

Along the trail you can still see historical remnants of the 1800's quarry operation, including a massive stone crusher and stone foundation walls (which are popular photo spots).
