Need to Know

The pond can be completely dry in parts of the summer and the mosquitos on this trail are particularly bad in warmer humid weather.

Description

This half-mile mulched trail loop is off the Huntley Meadows Hike - Bike Trail. It goes past a small pond and winds through pine trees. There is a particularly gnarly tree with mossy branches snaking out in multiple directions about halfway through the loop.

Flora & Fauna

Birds, squirrels, and deer are the most common wildlife seen.
