Description

Other than using it to access the Great Wall #489, this trail is quite a disappointment. Leading to the top of Big Green Mountain, one would think there would be some kind of overlook or vista easily accessible from the summit. Alas, no. This trail is a gradual incline leading to the top where it simply ends in the brush/foliage.

Several downed trees and brushy overgrowth litter this trail all the way to the top, at times making it impassable unless you clear the trail of debris. There appear to be some unofficial trail spurs, tightly tunneled under Rhododendrons, that MAY lead out to the edge of the rock face one can see from below on the Great Wall #489 trail, but are probably very risky to climb out on.
