“There are many alternate routes that can be taken off of this trail, just keep an eye open as they are mostly unmarked.

There is a Nature Reserve observatory at one end and a park at the other.
Need to Know
There's a park area that the trail runs through a little past halfway with restrooms and water.
Description
This is the main wide trail where most foot traffic can be found, but keep an eye out for the ambitious dog walker on the singletracks that follow along the main path. This is a popular park for older people as well.
It's common to find fallen trees or the unkempt singletrack at this park, but once you get to know the best routes, you can piece together some good segments.
This trail, for the most part, is flat. But on the singletrack, it's pretty winding. The hills that you'll encounter are not large. Be aware that there are segments where you'll hike right along cliffs.
